Job Summary
Analyze and diagnose agriculture equipment malfunctions, then repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems. Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment and allied products while ensuring repairs are accurate and timely to maximize customer uptime. Requires 2+ years of experience with small engines and agricultural systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning knowledge. Must provide own tools and work without direct supervision. Offers $25-34/hr with comprehensive benefits, training, and a career path within a premier West Coast dealer.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of working knowledge of small engines and agricultural equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems
- Must provide own tools
