Job Summary
Analyze and diagnose agriculture equipment malfunctions, then repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems. Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment and allied products while ensuring repairs are accurate and timely to maximize customer uptime. Requires 2+ years of experience with small engines and agricultural systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning knowledge. Must provide own tools and work without direct supervision. Competitive pay of $25-34/hr based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of working knowledge of small engines and agricultural equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, and air conditioning systems
- Must provide own tools
