Job Summary
Create, assign, and monitor work orders while tracking machine service intervals and ordering parts using our T3 platform. Diagnose issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models to determine root causes and corrective actions. Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment. Assist in training lower-level technicians and maintain electronic documentation of work performed daily. Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts while adhering to safe job practices and OSHA requirements. Work Monday through Friday with overtime available after 40 hours, subject to on-call scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams

- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in field service
