Job Summary
Perform maintenance functions including repairs, assembly, disassembly, and general upkeep of division equipment. Clean, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble tools while utilizing sand blast cabinets, manual, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric tools. Load and unload equipment using forklifts and overhead cranes, and test equipment for proper operation. Champion and conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) specific to tasks and pre-job safety meetings to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and environmental guidelines. Supervise team members while ensuring all duties are performed safely and efficiently. Maintain current safety training and actively participate in the quality improvement process.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exercise tolerance and consistency when dealing with others
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Reading comprehension skills
- Writing skills
- Current OSHA regulated safety training
- Ability to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Ability to comply with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Ability to promote and take an active part in the quality improvement process
- Ability to clean, disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble tools
- Ability to clean and coat various types of equipment
- Ability to steam clean, grind, buff, paint and provide general maintenance to equipment
- Ability to load and unload equipment
- Ability to utilize sand blast cabinet
- Ability to utilize manual, hydraulic, pneumatic and electric tools
- Ability to utilize air compressors
- Ability to utilize forklifts and overhead cranes
- Ability to test equipment for proper operation
- Ability to complete proper paperwork as needed
- Ability to champion and conduct JSA specific to job tasks at hand
- Ability to champion and conduct pre-job safety meetings
- Ability to supervise other team members
- Ability to assume personal responsibility for ensuring the duties of their position are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner
