Job Summary
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment and repair heavy construction or mining equipment within established standards. Plan, troubleshoot, and service Caterpillar components while maintaining safe, environmentally sound work behaviors. Prepare accurate service and repair reports in a timely manner and maintain excellent customer relations through frequent communication. Undertake assignments as required in support of customer needs. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling across multiple locations in Eastern Canada for a candidate with a valid 421A license and 3-5 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician or 310T License relative to this position, following Provincial standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Technician
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy construction or mining equipment a strong asset
