Job Summary
Perform service and repairs on Caterpillar and other heavy equipment, troubleshooting engine, hydraulic, electrical, and all other systems. Operate equipment safely to diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing excellent customer service. Establish and maintain service-oriented relationships with customers and supervisors, then complete service reports in a timely manner. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in engine, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics, along with computer literacy in Microsoft, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, follow all safety rules, and possess strong time management and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean record is required.
