Job Summary
Entry-level Shop Technician (Shop Tech - 1) to repair, maintain, and rebuild non-centrifuge and non-pump solids control equipment. Assist with facility projects, shipping & receiving, and use hand and power tools in the maintenance and repair process. Responsibilities include assembling and preparing equipment for installation and service, QA/QC checks prior to “Green-Tag”, equipment handling (packing, wrapping, loading/unloading), operating a hot-water pressure washer, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting tools, supplies, and fixtures needs. Must read/write English, lift up to 50 lbs, be mechanically inclined, and follow routine instructions. Education = High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year experience preferred; Forklift and Overhead Crane certifications preferred; must be 18+, with valid driver's license.
