Job Summary
Shop Technician responsible for building and maintaining drilling tools and equipment, including hole openers and downhole drilling motors; breaking down tools; loading/unloading trucks; performing tool inspections; operating a forklift; lifting over 50 lbs; working in a shop-warehouse environment; participating in team-based tasks and safety orientations; on-call rotation; and completing safety training as required. Position is based in Hockley, TX with in-person work arrangement and standard 8-hour shifts with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Qualified applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Be able to lift over 50lbs
- Operation of forklift
- Experience in shop-warehouse environment
