Job Summary
Heavy Equipment Shop Technician at Alta Equipment Group – Williamsburg, MI. Required Qualifications
- Possess own tools
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with understanding of engine, power train, hydraulics and electrical
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- Basic mathematical skills (add/subtract, multiply/divide)
- Intermediate reasoning ability
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in environments near moving parts and fumes
