Job Summary
Shop Support / Yard Technician in Richmond, TX supports service department operations by handling non-technical tasks to keep workflows efficient. Responsibilities include operating forklifts to move customer vehicles and inventory, staging jobs, organizing the service yard, delivering parts and materials to technicians, handling deliveries and errands, unloading shipments, maintaining a clean and safe shop and yard, and assisting with general shop operations to maximize technician productivity. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; forklift experience is preferred; must be capable of lifting heavy items (batteries, parts) and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions. The role offers hands-on, independent work with opportunities for advancement.
