Job Summary
Shop Support in a machine shop responsible for moving parts to various locations, operating forklift, and performing related duties such as emptying dumpsters, garlocking, tap burning, and supplying skids to machine centers. Must review location information on blueprints, identify parts to match prints, maintain clean and organized work area, and follow safety protocols. Forklift license preferred; strong collaboration and ability to read blueprints and communicate effectively are required. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly; work environment is factory with exposure to fumes and loud noise.
