Shop Supervisor

Oversee daily shop operations and supervise a team of shop staff to ensure smooth floor execution. Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and train new employees while providing ongoing development for current staff. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a clean, organized shop environment. Must be available to work five days per week with flexible scheduling.
