Shop Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager I and II and/or Sr. Operations Manager I and II in managing shift operations, supervising employees (e.g., Technicians-In-Charge, Customer Service Coordinators, Technicians, and Service Employees), and ensuring business objectives, labor requirements, and customer needs are met. Responsible for workflow planning, scheduling, performance against metrics, labor management, and adherence to safety, quality, and EPA regulations. Maintains customer satisfaction, drives asset and financial targets, and provides cross-functional coverage to back up others. May serve as a development path toward Operations Manager and will adhere to Ryder Maintenance Operations policies. Strong emphasis on problem analysis, process optimization, and ensuring proper documentation and standard operating procedures across the shop.
