Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-output technician team focused on safety, velocity, and quality. Manage all shop operations: workload assignment, bay flow, parts readiness, and final QC. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Use data to drive decisions — productivity, rework and throughput. Execute Lean practices to standardize work, reduce waste, and increase velocity. Maintain an uncompromising safety and quality standard across every repair.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading teams in service, manufacturing, or equipment operations
- Strong technical foundation in mechanical/electrical systems
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven decision making, strong communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience implementing Lean practices to standardize work and increase velocity
