Job Summary
Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair methods to ensure error-free equipment maintenance while inspecting staff performance. Review daily maintenance schedules with shift personnel and maintain superior internal and external customer relations. Assist in training, development, and evaluation of maintenance personnel alongside the Shop Manager. Ensure the facility meets prescribed safety and cleanliness standards, including DOT, EPA, ICC, and OSHA regulations. Investigate and report accidents or job-related injuries to initiate corrective actions. This role supports the Shop Manager in optimizing Service Center operations within a modern facility featuring clean, late-model equipment.
