Job Summary
Develop detailed maintenance work plans for CNC machines, lathes, mills, and welding systems, defining labor, materials, and contractor resources required for execution. Create comprehensive work packages including procedures, drawings, and lockout/tagout requirements while converting approved requests into executable CMMS work orders. Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance schedules aligned with production priorities, manage the prioritized backlog, and perform field walkdowns to validate scope and identify hazards. Support major outages, shutdowns, and predictive maintenance activities such as vibration analysis and thermography. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to track key performance indicators and coordinate procurement of materials and replacement equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7 years of maintenance planning, reliability, machining, fabrication, supervision, or industrial manufacturing experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication equipment, welding operations, and industrial utilities
- Working knowledge of Maximo or similar CMMS software, maintenance planning tools, and material handling systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Relocation will not be provided for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, technology, or related degree with a minimum 4 years of maintenance planning, reliability, machining, fabrication, supervision, or industrial manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, technology, or related degree with a minimum 2 years of maintenance planning, reliability, machining, fabrication, supervision, or industrial manufacturing experience
