Job Summary
Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Maintain a minimum set of tools to disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications while adhering to all safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. Research repair needs, order parts, and complete required documentation utilizing appropriate software to track repair times. Order parts as needed and perform general maintenance duties to maintain proper shop conditions and facility appearance. Complete required technician training classes and attend ongoing re-training to address frequently changing job requirements. Work independently or as a team member to resolve issues without requiring direction, maintaining a positive approach that supports the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years
- Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech III
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers

- Ability to wear respirator for air particulates / contaminants
- Ability to work in conditions requiring protection from weather but not necessarily from temperature change
