Shop Service Technician II

Perform preventative and routine repairs on DEUTZ and non-DEUTZ products at the DEUTZ Power Center Facility. Plan methods and sequence of repairs, pre-order parts, and ensure repairs are completed safely and effectively. Interface with customers, Parts Specialists, and the Service supervisor; maintain a clean, organized facility and present a positive image. Complete work orders and time sheets, assist in filing warranty claims, and coordinate with the DEUTZ Service Department for accuracy and approval of repairs. Travel expected 0-10% depending on business needs. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
