Job Summary
Diagnose and perform repairs on customer and company-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Maintain necessary tools to disassemble and assemble components per manufacturer specifications while adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies. Complete required documentation in dealer software to track repair times and monitor job expenses against estimates to prevent cost overruns. Train and mentor others in the department while contributing to team efforts by improving work methods and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3-4 years
- Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech II
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
