Job Summary
Diagnose and perform repairs on customer and company-owned equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting. Maintain tools and adhere to safety policies while documenting repairs and monitoring job expenses against estimates. Train and mentor team members, temporarily assume supervisory duties, and adapt to fluctuating workloads with frequent changes in priorities. Work nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 5-6 years
- Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech I
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Work is scheduled during regular business hours with frequent requirements to work nights, holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs
- Successfully completed relevant specialized equipment technical courses
