Job Summary
Conduct safe repairs on customer and company-owned equipment, performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting while adhering to strict safety and contamination control policies. Diagnose issues using manufacturer specifications, maintain necessary tools, and inspect components to maximize parts reuse and control costs. Complete required documentation in Dealer software, monitor job expenses against estimates, and report any cost overruns to supervisors before job completion. Train and mentor team members, temporarily assume supervisory duties as needed, and adapt to frequent changes in work priorities and complexity. Work nights, holidays, and weekends as required to meet urgent customer service demands.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 5-6 years
- Completed all required training curriculum to be designated a Tech I
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material
- Able to communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Work is scheduled during regular business hours with frequent requirements to work nights, holidays and weekends

Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products and relevant Dealer software programs
- Successfully completed relevant specialized equipment technical courses
- Updating of Knowledge Job requirements frequently change requiring re-training once or more per year
