Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Caterpillar and allied heavy equipment. Repair, rebuild, and overhaul major components while performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and disassembly/reassembly tasks. Complete service reporting and documentation using service systems, staying current with evolving tools and technology. Work safely and collaboratively within a team-first environment supported by experienced technicians. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience
- Diesel Tech degree
- Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrains
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation)
