Job Summary
The Shop Service Tech is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with machinery. This role requires the ability to read and understand machine schematics, fabricate and weld as necessary, and follow safety guidelines. The technician must communicate effectively with management and other departments, complete paperwork for warranty and compliance, and perform all duties assigned by the manager. Candidates must have their own tools and a minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess your own tools
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on equipment repair experience
- Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as necessary
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet time restraints
- Attend company and product training for career advancements
Additional Requirements
- Must have excellent hand dexterity to include firm grasping
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in any weather environment
- Occasional exposure to loud noises
