Shop/Plan Operator-Intermediate (M/F/D)

Shop/Plan Operator-Intermediate duties: perform preparation, execution, and post-test activities for alternator compressors and support post-test reporting; prepare and inspec test plans, provide technical support to the testing team and external vendors during test setup for compressors and gas turbine tests; ensure compliance with applicable specs and HSE/quality standards; contribute to process improvements and participate in weekly Safety & Quality discussions; maintain a clean, organized workstation; undergo training on boroscope alignment and post-test inspections; must be able to read and interpret technical drawings, use precision measurement tools, and operate with basic IT skills (Excel, Word, email); willingness to work shifts (including weekends); possess a technical diploma (mechanical or electrical preferred) and be capable of teamwork; EU work permit holder; salary range reportedly EUR 28,000 to 38,500 per year as per collective agreement terms; location: Florence, Italy.
