Job Summary
Maintain all shop support activities by training staff on sales systems, processing orders, advising customers on shortages and delivery dates, and managing collections and accounts payable. Implement pricing policies, replenish inventory to meet annual turn goals, and prepare reports while assisting customers and suppliers to resolve order problems. Perform other duties as assigned, including filling in for lower-level roles. Requires on-call availability for nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Five (5) or more years of related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to perform financial calculations and generate reports
- Demonstrated people and leadership skills
- Record of achieving positive business results
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
- Professional, self-motivated employee with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exemplary work ethic and decision making ability
- On-call availability for nights or weekends
