Job Summary
Maintain the mobile equipment fleet in a state of readiness by performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs. Diagnose faults using computerized test equipment and calibration devices, then dismantle and reassemble heavy machinery with hoists and hand tools. Clean, lubricate, and examine parts for damage using micrometers and gauges while adhering to strict safety protocols including lock-out-tag-out and confined space entry. Prepare daily and weekly plant operating reports and schedule maintenance for industrial machines. Work shifts as required with local travel to Canon City Shop CO.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience servicing relevant heavy industrial equipment
- Ability to work shifts as required
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")
- Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
