Job Summary

Oversee shop operations by driving labor and sales targets, ensuring compliance with health and Dutch culture standards, and maintaining QA protocols. Lead the crew through onboarding, hiring, training, coaching, and corrective actions while modeling all leadership expectations. Manage staffing levels, create shop schedules, and attend leadership meetings to communicate promotions, standard changes, and company initiatives. Identify and remediate operational problems such as maintenance needs by communicating with regional managers. Maintain a valid driver's license for necessary driving and hold a Food Handler Permit. Work a flexible schedule of at least 37 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Must have Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
Must have the desire to become an Operator
Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
Must be able to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
Must complete and pass a standard background check and MVR
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be available to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
Must be available to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Must be committed to the company and have a desire to grow with Dutch Bros
