Shop Manager

Shop Manager at Toys For Trucks lead and support store operations and the installation team to ensure high-quality automotive accessory installations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting in daily shop operations and workflow coordination, participating in product installations, reinforcing company goals with the team, leading by example in productivity and quality, coordinating installation schedules and timelines, organizing tools and workspace, onboarding and training new staff, providing ongoing feedback, resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining inventory and shop organization, ensuring safety and compliance, and upholding loss prevention and proper material usage. Key skills include experience in automotive, mechanical, or installation environments; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; team-oriented communication; self-motivation; and a valid driver's license; bonus points for aftermarket installation knowledge, leadership experience, and familiarity with shop management or inventory systems. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm, with no weekends; competitive pay based on experience and comprehensive benefits are provided.
