Job Summary
Oversee shop operations by training staff on Take 5 standards for oil changes, tire filling, and light maintenance while ensuring crew execution meets customer service expectations. Manage personnel decisions, conduct quarterly evaluations, and submit payroll, then control inventory through End of Period and End of Year counts to drive financial results and beat budget. Create crew schedules, place product orders, and check in with customers before they leave to guarantee a great experience. Work approximately 55 hours per week in early hours, including extended periods of standing, bending, and maneuvering in a 3' deep pit, adapting to hot or cold weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Be prepared for early hours and working approximately 55 hours per week
- Must be adaptive to change
- Basic computer skills
- Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars
- You will walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
- You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions
