Job Summary
Communicate daily objectives with staff, reconcile sales and commissions, and audit supply orders, deliveries, and storage for food safety compliance. Lead Counter Associates to ensure performance, appearance, and attendance meet standards while training them on Kith and Kith-Treats protocols. Forecast business trends to manage staffing, recruit new hires, and process payroll. Oversee housekeeping duties including dusting, sweeping, and trash collection, and resolve customer complaints promptly. Travel to support other stores or HQ for special projects and in-store events as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers/ServSafe certificate or equivalent
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing managerial role
- 2+ years in the Food & Beverage industry
- 1+ years using industrial kitchen equipment
- Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays
- Availability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require
- Ability to lift and move 30lbs
- Ability to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years in a retail/apparel operations role
- 1+ years managing a sales/commission driven team
- Comprehensive computer skills and experience with Google Suites
- Efficient multitasker and delegator
- Ability to perform business math and accounting
