Shop Manager - Keyserlei

Shop Manager at Medi-Market Antwerpen – Keyserlei leads a customer-focused, dynamic team in the pharmacy/parapharmacy store. Responsibilities include task distribution, scheduling, recruiting, coaching, motivating, and evaluating staff to grow both business and personnel. You’ll actively engage customers with honest guidance, manage the store flow from pricing to security, stocking to cash handling, and maintain a welcoming, organized presentation and assortment. You will share knowledge with the team and pursue ongoing training. Reports to the district manager and collaborates on initiatives to hit sales goals and deliver top service. Qualifications emphasize a relevant diploma, interest in natural health products, strong people-management and communication skills, customer-centric approach, dynamism, efficiency, excellent organization, and flexibility (weekend work). Proficiency in Dutch is required; additional language skills are a plus.
