Job Summary
Shop Manager leads a Dutch Bros Coffee shop in Huntsville, AL, driving labor and sales targets, and providing training and leadership to the crew while ensuring compliance with health standards, culture, and company policies. Responsibilities include onboarding, hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance management, attending leadership meetings, communicating promotions and standards to staff, and collaborating with Regional leadership. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
- No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
- Desire to become an Operator
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations
- Standard background check and MVR
- Driver's license
- Availability to work minimum 37 hours per week
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
