Job Summary
Drive store sales targets through close collaboration with the Area Manager, setting KPIs and developing monthly plans based on productivity goals. Manage all store administration including HR, recruitment, rostering, cash control, and security while overseeing the store budget and product stock. Ensure daily operations run smoothly by maintaining inventory order and keeping the retail space clean. Foster team engagement through regular one-on-one meetings and organize store gatherings to celebrate successes and address development areas. This full-time role requires a minimum of three years of experience as a retail store manager, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Norwegian and English. Start date is upon agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 års relevant erfaring som butikksjef innen detaljhandel eller kundeservice
- Kunnskap om ledelse (for eksempel kommunikasjon og coaching samt å utvikle andre)
- Evne til å være løsningsorientert og ta beslutninger
- Samarbeidsvillig, lydhør og kommunikativ
- Gode system- og datakunnskaper
- Flytende språkkunnskaper i norsk og engelsk
