Job Summary
Manage and control the day-to-day running of the shop, overseeing sales growth, cost control, and profit delivery while meeting KPIs for wages, stock, wastage, and energy. Lead, train, and develop your team through performance management, recruitment, and hands-on motivation to maintain high food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Ensure sandwich and food production meet required levels, manage daily deliveries and stock, maintain shop displays, and handle cash operations and banking. Open or close the shop as needed to ensure smooth operations. Full-time role with 42-hour week; salary £30,000 to £34,000 based on experience.
