Job Summary
Manage and control the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening or closing, cash handling, and receiving daily deliveries. Drive business growth by increasing sales, controlling costs, and delivering profit while working toward KPIs for wages, stock, wastage, and energy. Lead, train, and motivate the team with a hands-on approach, ensuring high standards in sandwich and food production, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. Recruit new team members as needed and maintain shop displays. Full-time role of 42 hours with a salary of £30,000 to £34,000.
