Shop Manager (FT) Inno Gent

Shop Manager responsible for all operational aspects of the Gent store in Inno Gent, leading a commercial-focused team, upholding store formula, monitoring competition and trends, and serving as host/role model for staff. Oversees shop administration, merchandising objectives, operational standards, cost control, and achievement or exceedance of revenue and sales budgets through KPI tracking and proactive action. Ensures top customer service standards, recruits and develops the team, maintains strong product knowledge, and coordinates training on new products. Fluent Dutch required; English and French a plus. Willingness to work weekends and evening shopping hours. Located within 30 km of Ghent; multinational environment with opportunities for development and growth.
