Job Summary
Provide leadership and direction to maintenance teams across multiple locations while driving operational consistency, efficiency, and service standards. Support workforce planning, coaching, and performance management to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational priorities and oversee resource allocation, workflow, and overall shop performance. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with flexibility based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance, fleet, or operational environment
- Strong ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within transportation, logistics, or heavy equipment environments
- Mechanical or trade background (e.g., Heavy Equipment Technician) or HET certification
- Ability to lead technical teams with credibility and sound operational judgment
