Shop Manager - Den Tir

Shop Manager responsible for leading and coordinating the store in Antwerpen - Shopping Den Tir. You allocate tasks within the team, manage scheduling, recruit, coach, motivate and evaluate staff to grow both the business and personnel. You actively participate in daily store flow: guiding customers with honest advice, ensuring an inviting presentation and assortment, handling pricing, security, supply, kassabeheer, and floor operations. You share knowledge with the team, pursue ongoing training, and strive to achieve store objectives. You report to the district manager and collaborate on initiatives to boost the store’s visibility, achieve sales targets, and deliver the best customer service. Requirements include a relevant diploma, interest in natural health and personal care products, strong people management, customer focus and empathy, organizational efficiency, team spirit, flexibility including weekend work, and fluent Dutch (additional languages are a plus).
