Job Summary
Shop Manager to oversee daily shop production in a cabinetry manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing and supervising daily shop production, coordinating workflow to meet production schedules, leading and supporting production employees, maintaining quality standards and a safe work environment, operating a forklift as needed, receiving and unloading deliveries, moving materials throughout the facility, and assisting in solving day-to-day production issues. Qualifications include experience managing a production/manufacturing team, bilingual English/Spanish, forklift experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Cabinetry manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
