Job Summary
Retail Shop Manager at See’s Candies in Goleta, CA leads a sales-driven, customer-centric shop team to achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals while overseeing all shop operations. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, recruiting and coaching team members, ensuring policy compliance and safety standards, managing cash handling and banking, maintaining timekeeping and payroll, scheduling with District Sales Managers, and driving merchandising and cost-control initiatives. Requires minimum 3 years of retail management, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to motivate and coach employees, cash handling experience, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Pay rate is $33.06 per hour.
