Job Summary
As Store Manager of the Pandora Boutique, you will lead the shop's sales and team management, ensuring compliance with PANDORA's standards for product presentation and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include setting individual store goals, managing budgets and team schedules, analyzing store performance through KPIs, implementing commercial actions and visual merchandising campaigns, and developing team talent to enhance career progression. You are required to have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience and exhibit strong team leadership, commercial management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
