Job Summary
Shop Manager leads a team to deliver sales, service, and loyalty through customer-centric behavior and leadership presence. Oversees merchandising standards, event planning, clienteling efforts, and collaboration with visual, operations, and Buying Office teams to execute promotions, markdowns, and inventory presentation. Drives performance by sharing selling strategies, coaching staff, coordinating product knowledge seminars, and ensuring omnichannel selling tools are utilized to enhance the customer experience. Focuses on developing associates, achieving department metrics, and maintaining brand standards while maintaining a high-energy, approachable shopping environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Able to engage in conversation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sell and build a sale through conversational interaction
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented about product knowledge
- Able to use a calculator
- Proficient with technology and POS systems
