Job Summary
Lead and supervise technicians in the maintenance shop; oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate and supervise all maintenance work and repairs, monitor progress and quality; review repairs and prepare work orders; perform mechanical duties as needed; manage parts inventory and restock; coach, train, evaluate employee performance, and handle disciplinary actions; enforce safety policies and regulations; generate reports and contribute to termination/compensation/promotion decisions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 4 years years of relevant work experience
- Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire
