Job Summary
Lead daily shop operations from opening through closing while maintaining high standards and ensuring efficient service. Coach, motivate, and develop team members through in-the-moment feedback and hands-on training. Create memorable guest experiences by resolving concerns with care and modeling exceptional hospitality. Hold yourself and teammates accountable to recipes, food safety standards, and operational procedures. Proactively solve problems, adapt quickly, and maintain clean, organized, and safe shop conditions. Manage cash handling, process transactions accurately, and place vendor orders as needed. Partner with management to build a positive shop culture and jump into Front of House or Kitchen Supervisor responsibilities during assigned shifts. Work weekends with evening availability, rotating between leadership and team member roles to support the shop from open to close.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leadership experience as a Shift Leader, Key Holder, or similar restaurant leadership role
- ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification
- morning person with weekend availability
- willing to obtain a ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification
