Job Summary
Lead daily shop operations from opening through closing while maintaining high standards for service and food safety. Provide clear leadership during assigned shifts to keep service running efficiently, coach teammates through in-the-moment feedback, and resolve guest concerns with care. Rotate between leading the shop and working alongside the team as a Front of House Member, ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory management, and adherence to recipes and operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment while proactively solving problems to keep the shop running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leadership experience as a Shift Leader, Key Holder, or similar restaurant leadership role
- ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification
- morning person with weekend availability
- willing to obtain a ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification
