Job Summary
Shop Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee in North Port, FL, responsible for supporting the shop team and acting as a voice within the management circle while assisting the Shop Manager with inventory management, crew development, and ensuring a mind-blowing customer experience. Must have prior Shift Lead experience at Dutch Bros, maintain required certifications (including a Food Handler Permit), pass background and MVR checks, and be able to drive with a valid license. Schedule requires a minimum of 37 hours per week with a flexible, ever-changing timetable including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Compensation is $17.50 per hour plus tips, with full employee benefits and potential relocation compensation depending on relocation distance.
