Job Summary
Model Broista and Shift Lead roles to ensure crew readiness and a mind-blowing customer experience. Manage shop inventory levels, assist the Shop Manager with flow checks, and serve as the primary information source for all employees. Maintain proper inventory, attend mandatory meetings, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ensure the crew has necessary resources to serve customers while supporting the manager's needs. This role requires a minimum of 37 hours per week with flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must have prior Shift Lead experience, a valid driver's license, and a Food Handler Permit.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
- Desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- Food Handler Permit/Certification
- Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Availability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
- Availability to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
