Job Summary
Model and meet all expectations of the Broista and Shift Lead roles while ensuring the crew and shop have everything needed to provide a mind-blowing customer experience. Manage inventory to maintain proper levels and assist the Shop Manager with flow checks and developing the crew. Act as a source of information and voice within the management circle, attend mandatory meetings, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Drive when necessary with a valid license and proof of insurance. This role requires a minimum of 37 hours per week in a flexible, ever-changing schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
- Desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- Food Handler Permit/Certification
- Ability to complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Availability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week
- Availability to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends
