Job Summary
Shop Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee (Brawley, CA) responsible for supporting the team and management, maintaining inventory, developing crew, and upholding core values of Speed, Quality, and Service. Key duties include acting as a point of information and voice within management, assisting the Shop Manager with flow checks, managing inventory levels to meet customer demand, attending mandatory meetings, modeling the expected leadership behaviors (Hungry, Humble, Smart) and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The role requires driving when necessary, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and completion of required certifications. Schedule requires availability for a minimum of 37 hours per week with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 shifts as a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros
- Desire to become a Dutch Bros Operator
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
- Ability to pass mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests under company standards
- Completion and passing of background check and MVR
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Availability for minimum 37 hours per week with flexible, early-morning/evening/weekend schedule
