Job Summary
Assist with prepping, grinding, sanding, and cleaning of sheet metal and steel; support machine operators (press brake, punch press, and laser) and welders with assigned tasks to complete fabrication; transfer raw materials and finished products between work areas on the production floor; maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with PPE requirements (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection); physically able to lift up to 35 pounds; shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; opportunities for hands-on training and growth within a promotion-focused culture.
